i had a great experience here, everything was great, the location was excellent right by all the restaurants in that area of clarksville and clarksville, tn and shopping venues and dining venues. units with twin beds. the service was excellent and the staff were helpful.

The room and bathroom was dirty. My family did not even shower. Just plain. Filthy.

I loved how big the bed was. I also liked that they have smoking rooms.
I hate that the outside doors aren't locked and that anybody can get in. The so called breakfast consist of orange juice , coffee , honey buns and pecan swirls . Not really breakfast more like a snack. The pool is nasty as well. And we had crickets and other bugs in our room!

The rooms here are very roomy with comfortable twin beds, and the staff was excellent, just as I had hoped for.

Steak and Shake is only 1/2 mile away and open 24/7. Staff I encountered did make good efforts.
Room (and the rest of the hotel) had an odd smell. Not disgusting, but enough to notice. They made a big error with my booking that was a pain in the neck after 15 hours on the road, but we got through it.

Never came in to change paper thin towels, broken pool, broken back security door, worst breakfast I have ever seen as a traveler. Strange tiny triangular shower with mold at bottom of shower curtain. Barking dachshunds in room next door

We had a comfortable and clean room with a microwave and fridge, fair pricing, and free coffee. the staff were friendly and waived the cash deposit. We were impressed by the exceptional friendliness and the hotel's cleanliness.
